Job Summary:
This position is responsible for processing trailer titles within respective state and agency guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Roles:
- Receive/Record/Process Titles & MSO's
- Support Sales Team
- Manage Outstanding Titles
- PENNDOT & Commercial lenders Process
Essential Duties:
- Notary designation is preferred.
- Accurately process all trailer titles, match the consignor checks daily to the title and invoice.
- Answer customer inquiries or concerns in a professional, customer
- Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures.
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
- Match sold titles with invoices; receive titles "As Is" not sold.
- Perform checks on vehicle identification numbers (VIN).
- Overnight titles via FedEx to customers.
- Be the liaison between UKTS and PENNDOT.
- Be a liaison between Used Sales Operations/Buyers.
- Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles
- Signs over titles for all wholesalers who have paid in full.
- Handles customer inquiries regarding status of title, registration, or other documents.
- Stay current with Pennsylvania title regulations.
- Add stock numbers / create B.O.S. / Execution
- Reconcile title report and secure missing titles

Education and Experience:
- Education
- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one
Physical Environments:
- Noise levels are quiet to moderate at times.
- Mostly office work but may occasionally require traveling.
