What to expect

  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the field of workwear
  • Nationwide specialist sales for workwear rental in collaboration with the existing sales team
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of relationships
  • Structured observation of the market environment with a focus on large customers
  • Independently developing and (further) developing customer-specific solutions and usage concepts
  • What you bring

  • Completed commercial or technical training or completed economic or technical studies
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the field of textiles and rental/leasing
  • Negotiation skills in German and good written and spoken English
  • Ideally, knowledge in the procurement and rental of workwear
  • Negotiation and closing skills at all levels of decision-making hierarchy
  • Strategic thinking and a sense for the market
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%
