For our department of emergency services and new forms of care, we are looking for a
Team Leader (m/f/d) Health Management / Practice Management at our location in Karlsruhe, starting as soon as possible.


Your exciting and versatile range of tasks:

  • You will lead a dedicated team of employees in administration as well as medical staff in the emergency practices.
  • You will support us in various projects as part of the reform of the Medical Emergency Service (ÄBD).
  • Together with your team, you will assist in the organizational support (e.g. procurement) of emergency practices in Baden-Württemberg.
  • You will lead the selection and hiring process of emergency service coordinators (m/f/d).
  • You will work closely with other departments such as prescription management or hygiene specialists and develop standards or training measures on topics such as hygiene in emergency practices.
  • You will coordinate the offices of the emergency service commission in the Karlsruhe administrative district.

Your profile:
