The Warehouse Director will oversee the operation of JANUS et Cie warehouses.

They will lead and manage assigned warehouse teams, budgets, inventories, equipment in a way that meets and exceeds the company's business objectives.

This position is full-time, monday-friday. The warehouses are located in Santa Fe Springs, Ca


Salary Range:
$90k-$110k


Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Operations Management: Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, receiving, storage, and shipping, to ensure efficient and accurate execution of daily activities.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Inventory Control: Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and prevent overstocking.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all goods received, stored, and shipped meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff and visitors.

Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor warehouse performance and track progress towards operational goals.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery schedules.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the warehouse budget, including labor, equipment, and operating expenses, to ensure cost-effective operations.

Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse employees to enhance their skills and knowledge and support career growth within the organization.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading multiple warehouses
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and other technology tools.
  • Ability to follow safety processes and procedures and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
