POSITION DUTIES
This is a nursing leadership position responsible for:\r
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a health-related field from an accredited college or university
\rExperience:
Four years of experience as a Registered Nurse to include two years in the Medical optionand one year in a supervisory, administrative or consultative capacity
\rNotes:
\r1. Candidates may substitute the possession a Master's degree in Nursing or a health-related field from an accredited college or university and two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the Medical option for the required education and experience. \r2. Candidates may substitute six years of experience as a Registered Nurse to include three years in a supervisory, administrative or teaching capacity in the Medical option for the required education and experience requirements. \r3. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer in Nursing classifications or Nursing and Hospital Administration specialty codes in the Nursing field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience and education.\r
SELECTIVE QUALIFICATIONS
The selected candidate must have access to their own transportation to and from job\rsites. Standard mileage allowance will be paid for use of a privately owned\rvehicle.\r
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
\r\rOne year of work experience\rcoordinating and supervising across multiple secure residential juvenile\rfacilities/settings is preferred.\r\r
