Position Summary:


We are looking for you to join our business center in Essen as a
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.


Unlimited permanent employment in Customer Service | Full-time | Classification according to collective agreement

Your tasks:

  • You handle telephone and written customer inquiries
  • You advise our customers on our product portfolio
  • You process complaints and handle complaint management
  • You proactively handle service deviations and inform our customers
  • You find individual solutions for customer inquiries over the phone and internally
