    Description

    Ruoli e responsabilit:

    Come F&B Manager sarai responsabile della gestione e coordinamento delle attivit legate al settore F&B dei nostri 3 Hotel.

    Avrai il compito di garantire il servizio dei diversi outlet ristorativi presenti nelle strutture (bar, ristoranti, attivit di banqueting), parteciperai attivamente alla ricerca e selezione del personale, sarai il punto di riferimento dei vari responsabili di reparto nella gestione dei collaboratori, nella definizione dei turni di servizio/ferie, nella gestione degli acquisti e conseguente monitoraggio dello stoccaggio delle merci a magazzino.

    Lavorerai a fianco del Direttore Hotel per quanto riguarda lanalisi dei costi e la pianificazione di tutte le attivit inerenti al settore di riferimento.

    Darai inoltre il tuo contributo per valutare eventuali modifiche allattuale linea di business o nellimplementarne di nuove.

    Qualifiche ed esperienza:

    Requisiti

    • Esperienza nel ruolo, meglio se sviluppata presso strutture di ristorazione pura piuttosto che allinterno di strutture alberghiere (valutiamo preferibilmente candidati che hanno iniziato la loro carriera allinterno di una cucina come chef e che sono cresciuti nel settore);
    • Buona conoscenza delle normative in materia di salute e sicurezza (ISO
    • Buone capacit di gestire gruppi di lavoro numerosi
    • Abitudine a gestire grandi numeri a livello di coperti
    • Leadership e orientamento al cliente
    • Abilit nel proporre soluzioni innovative
    • Conoscenza della lingua inglese
    • Disponibilit full time su turni dal lunedi a domenica con riposi a rotazione
    • Disponibilit immediata
