Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Navigator to join our team. The Community Navigator will play a crucial role in connecting community members with essential resources and services. This position requires a passion for public health, program development, and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
We will supply a company vehichle, This IS NOT A REMOTE JOB
- We need someone with Healh experience.
- Taking care of our customers with Delivering their medication as well as DHI Equipment at their residence.
- Someone to be able to handle long term care customers.
- Has knowledge of working with Apps and Sofware.
Qualifications:
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Experience in public health or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of volunteer management practices
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
