    Job DescriptionAbout UsLocated south of the Portland metro area, private specialty practice caring for pediatric patients is excited to adding to their clinical team Providing amazing healthcare to the children within their surrounding communities, you'll join a close-knit team that focuses on providing compassion and kindness for patients and their families.

    OverviewAs the bilingual Medical Assistant, you will support the provider with their patient appointments, assist with triaging follow-up communication with patients and their families, and assist patients with any questions or concerns in both English and Spanish.
    Responsibilities
    • Greet patients with a friendly hello (or "Hola") to make them feel at ease.
    • Assist pediatricians during exams and procedures.
    • Take accurate vital signs and update patient records.
    • Administer vaccines.
    • Comfort scared kiddos and their equally nervous parents.
    • Keep our colorful waiting area tidy and inviting.
    • Assist with other assigned projects/duties as needed.

    Qualifications and Skills
    • High School Diploma
    • Medical Assistant Diploma
    • Medical Assisting credentials preferred
    • Current BLS certificate
    • Bilingual Spanish + English
    • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
    • Current on required vaccinations

    Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
    Compensation: $ $24.00 Hourly
