- Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
- Supporting client related operational tasks.
- Managing new customer hardware imaging and deployments.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.
- Supporting site level active Directory management.
- Providing Windows support.
- A minimum of 8 year hands on IT operations experience.
- Extensive experience working with MS Office & Office 365.
- Experience leading a team preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field preferred.
- Be customer centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships with internal and external clients
- Good analytical, organizational, problem solving and follow-up skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated and be able to work independently
- Must be able to follow defined processes and develop processes where lacking
- Must be able to multi-task, as the support environment requires attention across multiple areas
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required by position and assignments
- Up to 15% global travel
- Lifting of PC and IT equipment
- Mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer.
- Ability to read computer screen and read printed materials.
- The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000 per year to $135,000 per year depending on the geographic market.
- Dependent on the position offered, annual bonusses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
