    THE WORK

    The selected candidate will be the Operations Program Manager for multiple programs within the Ground and Maritime Electronic Warfare System Sub Market Segments in the Spectrum Convergence Market Segment of C6ISR.

    They will provide direction, guidance and leadership to Manufacturing Project Managers (MPMs) working multiple programs and will serve as a POC to SC program managers and to the program directors.

    The selected candidate will be responsible managing multi-site manufacturing execution throughout program periods of performance, for leading proposal efforts and for overseeing proposal efforts supported by MPMs on the team.

    As part of this role, the leader will have general responsibility for managing program baseline plans, capacity, resource and staffing analyses and will be the Control Account Manager (CAM) Lead for the portfolio.

    The OPM will also be directly responsible for execution of select individual programs, initially TLS BCT and EAB including leading multi-disciplined manufacturing teams including manufacturing engineers, test engineers, production control, and production supervisors.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Proven leadership skills
    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Ability to multi-task and support multiple internal or external customers
    Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization
    Operational understanding of manufacturing core functions and associated processes / best practices including manufacturing engineering, test engineering, production control, and shop management
    Strong presentation skills
    Strong CAM Skills
    Experience leading manufacturing and transition to production proposal efforts
    Ability to work in both production and development environments
    Accountable and decisive leader responsible for impactful decisions
    Prior experience coordinating and managing manufacturing programs across multiple RMS facilities

    Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. This requires US Citizenship.

    Desired Skills:

    Previous experience with Spectrum Convergence programs
    SAP and/or Solumina experience
    Lean / Six Sigma green belt or black belt certified
    Experience working in a represented environment

    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

    Pay Rate:


    The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $123,500 - $236,800 .

    (Washington state applicants only)

    Non-represented full-time employees:

    accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

    Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

    PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

    This position is incentive plan eligible.

    Pay Rate:


    The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $142,100 - $267,600.
