Description
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the door staff/front desk team.- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the building's entrance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and consistently met or exceeded.
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and courteously
- Train and mentor door staff/front desk employees to uphold high service standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with Management to develop and implement operational procedures
- Address any security or safety issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a luxury residential setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in handling difficult situations and resolving conflicts.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of basic security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Familiarity with computer systems and basic office software.
- Reliable mode of personal transportation.
