Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and order entry
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Verify medical benefits

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
