• Annual Earning Potential $60,000$100,000+
• Bi-Weekly Base Salary plus Monthly Commission

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate indepth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Followup with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements:

• Sales experience in
  ANY industry is welcome
• Excellent training is provided
• Able to work Monday through Saturday (Tuesday or Wednesdays OFF) and every other Sunday
• One weekend OFF every month.
• Be Goaloriented, Energetic and outgoing 'people persons' motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and followup skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Passionate about sales and helping clientele.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass preemployment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license
