full-time Veterinary Receptionist - Office Manager. We are seeking a dedicated professional who thrives on providing exceptional client care and is committed to delivering top-notch service to our furry patients and their human companions.

You start off earning
$55,000/year, but that's negotiable.

You typically work from
7:45 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday and
8:00 am to 4:00 pm every other Saturday.

You have a flexible day off in the middle of the week.

ARE YOU THE VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST - OFFICE MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
Here's what you need to get started in this position:

5+ years of customer service experience
4+ years of experience in a medical office
Some leadership experience
Some business credits
A positive attitude and a team spirit

As our Veterinary Receptionist - Office Manager, you play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front office.

Your responsibilities include managing client interactions, coordinating appointment scheduling, handling accounts receivables, and providing leadership and guidance to our front office team.

As needed, you also assist with hiring talented staff.

With your strong leadership skills, you ensure our office runs efficiently and that our clients receive the highest level of care and service.
