- B.S. Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent.
- 5+ years Project Management experience
- Project Management Professional certification (PMP) (Must Have)
- Scrum Master certification (CSM) (preferred)
- Hands-on experience leading software and hardware product development teams
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Experience managing internal resource capacity using Jira and Confluence
- Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members' capabilities and skill sets
- Accept and benefit from constructive criticism
- Creating project plans that include setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Work with engineering leadership to coordinate engineering resources and availability across all engineering groups, ensuring projects remain within scope, and schedule, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, manage change to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Protects operation by keeping information confidential
- Observes company policies. Continuously strives to find processes that create improved efficiency while maintaining conformance to requirements
- May perform related duties or fill in for others in the department or other departments when requested. Will train or instruct fellow workers in project management processes.
