Position Summary


The Property Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the functionality and performance of assigned properties, responding to owner and guest inquiries, and coordinating maintenance services.

Beyond caretaking duties, this position will be integral in fostering strong relationships with property owners, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to company-wide initiatives to enhance owner and guest experiences.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Manages the department in the absence of the Property Services Director.
  • Assists Property Services Director in daytoday Property Services operations.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and high standards for performance and functionality of all properties.
  • Maintains clear and concise communication with staff, guests, and owners.
  • Assists Property Services Coordinators on inspection reviews and take necessary action.
  • Assists Property Service Director in curating and enrolling new preferred vendors.
  • Schedules vendors in the absence of the Property Services Coordinators.
  • Answers phones and attends owner/ guest inquiries in the absence of the Property Service Coordinators.
  • Assist Property Services Coordinators with guest damage issues and inspections as needed.
  • Assists Property Services Coordinators with appliance repairs and/or replacements.
  • Inspects homes in the absence of Property Inspectors or when scheduled by Property Services Director.
  • Meets with guests in the absence of Property Services Meet & Greet Staff or when scheduled by Property Services Director.
  • Assists Property Services Director in attending to any guest, tenant, and/or owner complaints.
  • Maintains afterhours oncall schedule.
  • Ensures proper management and organization of all supplies.
  • Proactively identifies and addresses propertyrelated inquiries, issues, and complaints.
  • Reviews biweekly housekeeping vendor invoices in the absence of Property Service Director.
  • Provides direct support and coaching to frontline staff.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements (Experience, Knowledge, Skills)

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in property services, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to operate under pressure.
  • Skilled at problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex relationships.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Solid management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in group meetings, discussions and by telephone.
  • Advanced computer skills required (Excel, Outlook, Word); DOSbased experience a plus.
  • Proficient knowledge in home maintenance and technical systems to include but not limited to routers, alarms, pool equipment, hot water heaters, TV functionality, keyless entry systems and spa maintenance.
  • Ability to multitask.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, push and/or pull up to 15 pounds.

Pay:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
