About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a
Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to support the Real Estate Valuation Services Team.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a liaison between the client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and completing analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated solutions.
- Act as a change champion improving process and procedures introducing cost effectiveness, procedure efficiencies and compliance.
- Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives.
- Work with business sponsors to resolve questions, assess users' needs and recommend changes to the process and automated systems.
- Manage impact analysis and think globally about downstream effects and consequences of proposed changes.
- Creation of problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans/scripts, and other various project/work effort documentation.
- Lead project or systems documentation and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables.
- Ensure consistent communication of production issues and system enhancements.
- Implement AGILE methodology ensuring rapid delivery of automated solutions in coordination with a 3rd Party service provider and Wells Fargo Technology.
- Support SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) documentation based on Wells Fargo Policy and Guidelines.
- Building and managing solid relationships with both internal and external business partners
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
- Provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced team members

North Black Canyon Highway, Phoenix, AZ; Wells Fargo Center, Minneapolis, MN; Three Wells Fargo, Charlotte, NC
A relocation package is not available for this position.
Required Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualification:
- Product owner experience.
- Knowledge and experience in Agile methodology.
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), A-CSPO (Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner) or CSP-OP (Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner) certification.
- Experience in Real Estate industry.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project).
- Demonstrated excellence at evaluating, developing, and enhancing processes / process execution.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.
- Demonstrated success in a complex and matrixed data environment.
- Demonstrated ability to validate work.
- Selfmotivated, capable of working effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Welldeveloped organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations.
- Facilitation skills, including the ability to facilitate decisionmaking and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities.
Job Expectations:
- In-Office 3 days each week.
