To strengthen our team, we are looking for engineers or technicians for object monitoring / construction management (m/f/d) as a freelancer or in permanent employment, full-time or part-time.

Your tasks

Together, we will develop a task area tailored to your qualifications, strengths, and goals in the following areas:

Object monitoring in the field of technical building equipment
Construction site supervision, coordination, documentation
Schedule control as well as quality and cost control
Measurement and invoice verification
Conducting acceptance inspections
Management of defect rectification
Participation in the creation and review of planning documents and performance specifications
