Description
Lathrop Senator for Construction, Mobility, and Urban Development

One of Bremen's strengths, with its diverse population of city dwellers, is its variety: there are urban and rural neighborhoods, proximity to the Weser river, modern science locations, numerous parks, and cultural institutions - all of which are easily and quickly accessible due to the short distances.

Our senatorial authority is responsible for state and municipal tasks in the areas of construction, mobility, and urban development.

The Department of Transportation is responsible for all state sovereignty tasks, developing strategic concepts, and managing politically strategic projects in the Bremen transportation system.

Around 60 employees in a staff office and four departments design and manage sustainable mobility for the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.

In this department, there is a position available in the staff office.
