Your contribution:

  • You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team and conduct regular employee meetings
  • You manage and optimize ongoing processes in the area of pharmacy training
  • You develop didactic concepts and conduct trainings and workshops
  • You create training videos and ensure the continuous updating of training materials
  • You advise and support employees in complex tasks that require advanced knowledge and skills

What you bring:

  • You have a degree in business administration, pedagogy, or have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have indepth knowledge and experience in adult education, pedagogy, or psychology
  • You have several years of experience in the IT sector and ideally have already gained leadership experience
  • Communication skills, empathy, and teamwork are competencies that describe you
  • Excellent German language skills complete your profile
