We are in need of additional support for our dedicated team and are looking for a

HR Administrator (m/f/d) with experience in payroll preparation

We are looking for a minimum weekly working time of 36 hours.

Your tasks

You will take over your own areas in HR administration from entry to exit
You will independently prepare payroll
You will independently handle topics such as maternity leave, parental leave, and long-term illnesses
You are familiar with occupational pension schemes
You communicate with health insurance companies, insurance companies, and authorities
You manage the time tracking system
You support in the area of applicant management
You create employment references and contribute to daily business operations
