We help kids develop essential life skills like listening, sharing, and completing tasks, setting them up for a future full of accomplishments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise children indoors and outdoors to ensure safety
- Follow all licensing regulations related to staff, children, and the center
- Plan lessons, organize activities, and facilitate class projects
- Coordinate and supervise educational outings
- Track and record children's progress and communicate with teachers, parents, or guardians
- Maintain accurate records and organize learning materials
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual children's needs
Necessary Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to supervise children effectively
- Demonstrated patience
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Valid US driver's license
- Successful Department of Justice background check
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
