    Job Overview:

    We are looking for a skilled Shared Services Operations Professional to drive operational enhancements, data quality, project support, automation, and report metrics. This role involves active involvement throughout the project lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and implementation, focusing on Static, Statements & Custodian within the Operations Division.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily processes and Dodd Frank Regulations effectively.
    • Lead end-to-end department projects, including documentation and requirements creation.
    • Analyze large internal and external datasets for insights.
    • Initiate and manage departmental projects in collaboration with other teams.
    • Develop and automate client and metric reporting using advanced queries.
    • Translate business needs into functional specifications for implementation.
    • Assess daily production processes for efficiency and accuracy.
    • Conduct root cause analysis and offer solutions.
    Requirements for the Role:
    • 2-3 years of business analyst experience in a financial setting.
    • Familiarity with Data Warehouses, SQL, and strong Excel skills for data reconciliation.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Business Objects, and Toad tools.
    The base salary for this position typically ranges from $66,000 to $85,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and location, with potential for additional performance-based incentives.
