    Position Overview

    Supports strategic objectives, missions, and modernization development efforts of a DOD organization using knowledge and experience from the commercial finance or banking sectors.

    Responsibilities

    Promulgates threat management plans and develops mission-specific risk levels and reporting requirements related to finance mechanisms, policies, regulations, and compliance considerations. Coordinates with external organizations to enhance support to the customer by sharing and gathering current information on situations, intelligence cyber threats, lessons learned, emerging technology, data mapping, and other factors affecting ubiquitous technical surveillance threat mitigation. Maintains comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current and future mission requirements to identify the best current and emerging resources regarding technology, especially in financial sectors. Conducts adversarial threat analysis to evaluate and assess risks to operations and personnel.

    Required Qualifications

    • TS/SCI security clearance #qinetiqclearedjob
    • Education or experience in lieu of education: Bachelor's degree; 6 years of military experience or comparable civilian experience
    • 5 years' experience in commercial finance or banking sector

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 5 years' experience providing due diligence support in Commercial or Defense environments
    • 5 years' experience in developing mitigation strategies to remediate vulnerabilities
    • 5 years' experience in briefing and directly supporting O-6 level officers and/or civilian equivalents
    • 1 year of experience supporting/performing activities in the cyber domain
    • 5 years' experience as an operations analyst in direct support of DOD operations providing analytic assessments and recommended mitigations strategies for constructs, organizations, and assets.
    • 4 years' experience in performing identity assessment
    • 4 years of SOF experience
