    Description

    This position is part of a partnership with Calyptus.

    What you'll do:

    • Guide the development of frontend and backend systems to align with IYK's goals and technical vision
    • Lead the engineering team to implement scalable and secure solutions across products
    • Play a crucial role in API design and system architecture for seamless technology interaction
    • Collaborate with teams for top-notch software delivery
    • Ensure application code quality, scalability, and responsiveness


    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of software development experience, specializing in Javascript/Typescript, Node.js, Bun, React, or similar frameworks
    • Background from a high-growth startup with scaling experience
    • Proven ability in managing projects with a focus on security, usability, and scalability
    • Thorough understanding of CI/CD processes and observability/monitoring
    • Track record in architecting multi-layer systems
    • Strong decision-making skills, especially in technical aspects, and effective communication abilities
    • Experience collaborating with various teams like designers, copywriters, and product managers
    • History of successfully leading, mentoring, and growing technical teams


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in smart contract development
    • Familiarity with ethers.js, wagmi, web3-react, or similar libraries
    • Passion for crypto and blockchain
    • Interest in functional programming (Gleam)
    • Knowledge of NFC readers
    • Experience with Rust
