Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaner to join our team. As a Carpet Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of carpets in various settings. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.


Duties:

• Clean carpets in commercial and residential settings using appropriate cleaning equipment and solutions
• Vacuum, spot clean, and remove stains from carpets
• Move furniture and other obstacles as necessary to access carpeted areas
• Inspect carpets for damage or wear and report any issues to supervisor
• Use proper techniques to ensure thorough cleaning and drying of carpets
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment as required
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assist with other custodial tasks as needed

Skills:

• Ability to operate carpet cleaning machinery, such as extractors and steam cleaners
• Familiarity with floor care practices, including buffing and polishing
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Good physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
• Knowledge of environmental services practices is a plus

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
