Title: Maintenance Supervisor - Manufacturing

Pay: $80k - $85k

Location: North Charleston, SC

Industry: Die Cast - Automotive

Responsibilities

Maintain and continuously improve the overall maintenance system of the plant
Oversee the repair of electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize production loss and unscheduled down time (TPM)
Conduct regular inspections and audits for ensuring optimal upkeep of facilities
Document equipment failures and provide timely repair information to management
Ensure breakdowns are analyzed and actions are taken for eliminating recurrence

Background

AS degree in a Technical field (preferred)
MUST have manufacturing maintenance experience
10 years of experience in maintaining foundry, die cast, CNC machine tools and utility equipment in high volume manufacturing
TPM Certification (preferred)
Ability to work any shift as needed

**All applicants must pass criminal background check and drug screen to be eligible for employment
