Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our lawn care team as Lawn Care Team Members.

As a member of our team, you will work alongside experienced professionals in the beautiful landscapes of the south suburbs, including Hazelcrest, Country Club Hills, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with a team to efficiently complete lawn care tasks.
• Operate various types of machinery including lawn mowers, weed whackers, and blowers.
• Perform tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to maintain the appearance of lawns.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
• Adhere to company standards for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to walk, work, and operate machinery for extended periods (6 to 9 hours a day).
• Experience operating lawn care equipment preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic and reliability; must be punctual and able to show up on time.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and transportation to job sites preferred.
