Referent (m/f/d) for payroll and personnel administration for our client, one of the most successful joint ventures in the European aerospace industry, to join their team in Bremen.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

Responsible for all general (standardized) and specific topics in time management, payroll, and personnel administration in a location and collective bargaining areaspanning support area
Support the Head of Payroll in ensuring complete, accurate, and timely time and payroll processing (e.g. quality checks, error analysis, implementation of corrective measures, and approval for the production system) as well as various projects
Support all administrative matters and coordinate (provide professional guidance) for employees (to support the direct supervisor)
Provide specialized support and advice to internal colleagues (e.g. HRBPs) on
