ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for a vivacious, outgoing, teachable, respectful, hardworking, problem solving individual looking for a long term career where they can grow working Monday -Thursday for a total of 32-40 hours a week and a few weekends a year when we work big festivals.

We train once a week on customer service, always trying to improve the customer experience. We work hard from Monday-Thursday doing our best to serve our community.

A typical work day at Proper Chiropractic would look like:

• Managing the Front Desk by greeting all practice members, answering phones, processing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and maintaining lobby flow.
• Consulting with practice members about their health concerns, educating, setting health goals, running diagnostic scans.
• Loving on families, holding lots of babies, and corralling toddlers.
• Working alongside a group of people that passionate about making their community healthier

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a Heart for People, a head for Chiropractic, and a great empathetic connector
• Ability to connect quickly and guide practice members and team members
• Motivated, energetic and dependable team player and leader
• Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally with our leaders and team
• Capable of problem resolution
• High Conformity and Driven
• Takes initiative
• Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment this is NOT A DESK JOB
• Must be comfortable with computers/technology
• Can do basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Must be 21+
