    Job Title – Senior Accountant
    Company Location – Anaheim, CA
    100% On-site, Full Time
    Salary $95k+, DOE

    Job Summary of the Senior Accountant position

    Integr8staff seeks an experienced and Senior Accountant to assist the CFO and accounting department in preparing financial operations, fiscal records, financial statements and related reports for company entities.

    This position is on-site near Anaheim, CA.

    Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant position
    Lead the preparation of financial statements for the organization and their multiple entities.

    Utilize GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) for monthly / quarterly financial statement preparation including supporting documentation and schedules, accruals, debit and credits for multiple entity organization including consolidations.

    Review & analyze financial statements monthly, including actual to budget variance comments review.
    Prepare monthly assigned bank reconciliations.

    day functions related to client file maintenance in accounting system, accounts receivable tracking, monthly customer billings, and cash receipt posting to customer accounts.

    Prepare monthly retail financial statements.
    Prepare year

    ‐

    end financial statements and tax packages to be sent to Certified Public Accountant for various entities.
    Assist with tax returns reviews.
    Prepare reports and lender reporting packets per lender requirements or as requested by executive team.
    Provide support to the manager for the coordination of quarterly and annual audits.
    Prepare annual CAM budgets and reconciliations
    Assist with bank loan draws
    Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
    Assist executive team with all other special projects and tasks as directed

    Requirements of the Senior Accountant position
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or greater required
    7+ years in Real Estate Property Management Accounting experience required
    5+ years in a high-level corporate accounting role
    Yardi Voyager Software experience a MUST
    Real Estate, Construction, Property Management Accounting Experience required
    Experienced in preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements.
    Income tax return knowledge for multi-entity organizations required.
    Detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
    Strong understanding of GAAP and full cycle corporate accounting
    Team management, supervising small teams less than 10 employees
    Strong Microsoft Suite experience is a must; Excel, Word, Office 365.
    Adobe - full version skills is a must.
    Ability to analyze accounts and work on multiple projects as assigned and meet deadlines
    Strong interpersonal skills and a team player is a must.
    Excellent written communications to include grammar and spelling; verbal skills,
    Strong attention to detail and organizational and planning skills.
    Able to manage deadlines in a timely manner
