What can you expect?

  • You will support the used merchandise management system Sangross and take over user support
  • You will develop new components, interfaces to third-party products, evaluations, and much more
  • You will assist with hardware and software malfunctions and provide immediate solutions in initial contact
  • You will evaluate system messages and take care of maintenance and documentation
  • You will be responsible for independent error and malfunction resolution
  • You will develop solutions for the supported users
  • You will be responsible for the customer hotline
