    Salary Range $85,000 - $95,000 + $10,00 sign-on bonus

    Education/Experience:

    · Master's Degree.

    · Minimum of 5 years of experience working in DMH-contracted mental health settings.

    · 2 years post BBS licensure.

    · 2 years supervisory experience preferred

    Children's mental health experience

    Treatment planning

    Job responsibilities include:

    · Ensures the Mental Health Clinicians are in full regulatory compliance and that clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practice.

    · Provide individual and group supervision for Mental Health Clinicians in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards and agency policy.

    · Provide collaboration with Quality Assurance and Compliance Team Members to ensure documentation compliance.

    · Work with other Department supervisors/managers to increase clear communication and mutual support between programs.

    · Monitor and ensure adherence of programs to all governing bodies.

    · Monitor care records to ensure that required treatment documentation is included and meets agency and professional standards.

    · Assist Clinicians in developing treatment plans which ensure quality services are sensitive to cultural issues.

    Clearances Required:

    · DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse Index

    · Insurability under Corporate Automobile Insurance

    Computer/Office Equipment

    · Email

    · Internet

    · Ability to learn clinical software.

    · Basic office skills
