Reporting Analyst

We have an exciting new position here at OmniCable Our team is in search for a Report Analyst to build reports and dashboards in our Salesforce platform.

This position is located in West Chester, PA with a hybrid remote schedule (3 days a week onsite in West Chester, PA and 2 days a week remote).

What You'll Do:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce and Power BI Report Builder to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports within Salesforce and Power BI to support our business objectives.

This role requires a strong understanding of both Salesforce CRM and Power BI, as well as the ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable reports and dashboards.

This job description outlines the key responsibilities and qualifications for the role of Reporting Analyst.

Successful candidates will possess a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and communication abilities to drive data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and understand business needs.
Design and develop custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI to visualize key performance metrics and business insights.
Create and maintain data visualizations, including charts, graphs, and tables, to effectively communicate trends and patterns.
Optimize and enhance existing reports and dashboards to improve usability and performance.
Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating and cleansing data sources as needed.
Provide training and support to end-users on how to utilize Salesforce and Power BI reports effectively.
Stay updated on latest features and best practices in Salesforce and Power BI to continually improve reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align reporting efforts with business objectives.
Proactively identify and address issues or discrepancies in data to maintain data quality standards.

Work Experience

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM, including building custom reports and dashboards.
Proficiency in Power BI, or other Business Intelligence tool, including data modeling, report design, and visualization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with SQL and data manipulation languages is a plus.
Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate reports.
Flexibility and adaptability to quickly learn new tools and technologies as needed.
