Salary:
$36, $100,000.00 per year


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):


  • Always display a professional demeanor
  • Ability to successfully communicate with customers.
  • Keep current on all dealership product(s) knowledge as well as our competitors'.
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships (before and after sales.)
  • Log and maintain customer data.
  • Take customers on test drives.
  • Maintain (at a minimum) or exceed established sales goals and 100% on surveys.
  • Maintain valid driver's license at all times.
  • Follow all established company and department policies and procedures.
  • Acceptable attendance is mandatory.
  • Must be able to work all required hours, including extended hours for events, when necessary.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Department Head.
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:


  • Must be able to deliver vehicles to customers (some traveling)
  • Assist customers in moving items from one vehicle to another (may involve bending, lifting, stooping, reaching)
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Able to move around lot to show inventory to customers
  • Exposure to outside weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Marketing, networking, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Basic mathematical and finance skills
  • Function well within a teamwork environment and with all other departments / staff
  • Ability to learn and retain brand and product knowledge
