- Production Maintenance Planning experience
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ability to work comfortably in a Union environment
- Skilled in programming PLCs for industrial automation
- Experience with robot programming and integrated automation systems
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) for production equipment
- Perform predictive analysis on production machinery
- Diagnose equipment failures through root cause analysis
- Develop proactive maintenance processes to enhance line efficiency and maintain asset uptime
- Review installations and assess reliability of new equipment
- Create and oversee life cycle asset management plans
- Assist in design and planning for custom assets
- Provide technical support for maintenance issues
- Monitor overall equipment effectiveness to aid manufacturing productivity

Job DescriptionSummary: Seeking experienced Reliability Controls Engineers to oversee risk and reliability assessments, predictive analyses, and maintenance procedures for production equipment at a Springfield Assembly Plant.

Note: There are four positions available, split between 1st Shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM) and 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 11 PM).
Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
