    Key Responsibilities:


    Demonstrates good rapport and strategic alignment with our clients as well as a much larger role in administrative functionsFocuses on the needs and requirements of the client using service based solutions and best practices to exceed expectationsMaintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retentionPrepares and implements departmental goals and objectivesSupports analysis of department's financial data and statisticsPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience3-5+ years of relevant industry experience (facilities management)Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationMust possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office proceduresDisplays general business acumenHigh customer service and quality attitudeApply to ESFM Services todayESFM is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
