We are currently looking for energetic and friendly Part-Time Fulfillment Associates for our North Charleston Warehouse location. A Fulfillment Associates main responsibility is to process incoming orders from our e-commerce site. This position reports to the E-Comm Fulfillment Lead.
Responsibilities: - Prepare orders for shipment by picking product from inventory, packing, and shipping according to company procedures ensuring all details of the order are correct, including SKU, size, condition and packaging
- Prepare and ship customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Responsible for basic operational duties including, monitoring and requesting supplies, accurately entering data for shipments and orders, and maintaining a clean work area
- Ability to work at a fast pace within a team environment
- Troubleshoot order and issue problems to resolution
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shelf integrity
- Be flexible to manage other assignments within the department as they come up
