Description
The HR Systems and Workforce Analytics teams manage TE's HR Technology. They build, implement and continuously improve global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform.They also develop custom reports to meet business requirements, monitor HR systems and analytics needs and provide technology and analytics solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems.
Lead employee experience and automation projects for HR systems and analytics. Monitors the organization's HR Systems and analytics and develops, implements, and maintains the improvement of HR Systems and analytics.Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage employee experience initiatives for the HR function
- Help different COEs, HRBPs, and HRSS teams in process mapping, identifying the areas of automation, and improving employee experience.
- Work across different technologies to manage process flows and user experience.
- By collaborating with COEs, HRBPs, and HRSS teams, we'll directly enhance the overall employee experience, making each team member feel valued and important.
- Evaluate the benefits and drawbacks of implementing various employee experience practices.
- Use different technologies to automate processes, improve their efficiency, and enhance users' experiences.
- Monitors and improves the productivity, reliability, and accuracy of RPA solutions.
- Train junior staff on RPA tools, techniques, regulations, and compliance.
What your background should look like:
- Extensive experience in analyzing, documenting, and improving HR processes. This includes mapping out current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing more efficient and effective HR workflows
- Experience in identifying HR process automation opportunities and implementing automation using various tools
- Experience in designing employee experience using different systems of interactions
- Experience in designing and embedding knowledge management systems in the flow of work
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred
- 710 years of experience in HR Technologies
- Global HR process knowledge is required
