Looking for MIG Welder with- aluminum experience who will be responsible for fabrication and welding of aluminum parts, railings and custom jobs.

$20-25 DOETEMP TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATEGreat Work hoursResponsibilities:Complete daily order fulfillment tasks for production orders.

This includes reading production orders, preparing all materials to fulfill an order, fabrication by cutting, grinding, assembling, and welding products.

Welder is responsible for ensuring order is complete and accurate, organizing work in an efficient manner, and assisting customers with orders as assignedMaintaining a clean work spaceWorking in a safe manner to ensure personal safety and that of other employees and customersMay be tasked to assist in training/mentoring staff to become proficient in dutiesWorking hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMSkills:See required belowEducation:High SchoolExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:Minimum of 4 years of aluminum welding experienceGood working knowledge of best welding practices and safety procedures.

Ability to read blueprintsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Have good mathematical skills and ability to read a tape measureFamiliar with hand toolsAbility to meet physical requirements including:

a variety of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day; lifting and pulling inventory from shelves; regular lifting of up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 poundsAbility to successfully complete in house welding skills assessment according to job skill level.
