Looking for MIG Welder with- aluminum experience who will be responsible for fabrication and welding of aluminum parts, railings and custom jobs.
$20-25 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily order fulfillment tasks for production orders. This includes reading production orders, preparing all materials to fulfill an order, fabrication by cutting, grinding, assembling, and welding products.
• Welder is responsible for ensuring order is complete and accurate, organizing work in an efficient manner, and assisting customers with orders as assigned
• Maintaining a clean work space
• Working in a safe manner to ensure personal safety and that of other employees and customers
• May be tasked to assist in training/mentoring staff to become proficient in duties

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of aluminum welding experience
• Good working knowledge of best welding practices and safety procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Have good mathematical skills and ability to read a tape measure
• Familiar with hand tools
• Ability to meet physical requirements including: a variety of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day; lifting and pulling inventory from shelves; regular lifting of up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Ability to successfully complete in house welding skills assessment according to job skill level.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN
• STEEL TOED BOOTS REQUIRED
