- Conduct routine site visits and inspections to diligently monitor progress, proactively identify potential issues, and implement swift corrective actions as needed.
- Efficiently manage material procurement, inventory, and delivery schedules to seamlessly support project timelines and demands.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients, address concerns, provide consistent updates, and ensure unwavering customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, encompassing comprehensive reports, progress updates, and meticulously kept as-built drawings.
- A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the commercial glass and glazing sector.
- Profound knowledge of diverse glass and glazing systems, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, team management, and adeptness in guiding and motivating field personnel.
