We are searching for talented individuals who will put our customers at the center of everything we do. We rely heavily on our Client Service Representativeteam to support our mission of building strong relationships with community members. Our Client Service Representative Are Responsible For:

Building sustainable, trusted consultant relationships with customers and providing them with guidance on all aspects
Conducting outreach through personalized interactions, group presentations, or attendance at public events
Registering and creating customer accounts for qualifying community members
Collecting data regarding the outcome of your outreach efforts to improve sales margins
Participating in training and planning meetings with fellow Client Service Representatives as required to build knowledge of our clients and stay on top of any updates or further regulations

As A Client Service Representative, You Must Have:

0-3 years of experience in Client Services, Community Outreach, Customer Service, Sales, or involvement in Volunteering initiatives
High school diploma or GED is a MUST
Strong ability to build partnerships and consult effectively with community members and leadership
Capability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
Proactive and outgoing when engaging community members
Understand and be patient in difficult situations
Passion for making our community better and enhancing the customer experience
