    Job Description

    We are seeking a full or part-time Counselor or Family Therapist to join our team Come join our clinicians as an out-patient therapist with a flexible schedule in our Springville or Provo locations. Successful candidate will have an LCSW, LMFT or CMHC license -- or intern equivalency. We provide all clinical supervision as required.

    An interest in individual therapy or child counseling is a definite plus. Work as few as five clinical hours a week, or up to 20 treatment hours on a flexible schedule that can include days, nights or weekends, according to your choosing. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish open lines of communication for individuals or couples with mental or emotional issues
    • Offer assistance to individuals with family and relationship issues
    • Provide depression and anxiety-oriented therapy
    • Implement and review treatment plans
    • Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
    • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience or education in mental health counseling or other related fields
    • Familiarity with community mental health resources
    • Excellent written and or verbal communications skills
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to succeed with others on a collaborative treatment team
