Your Responsibilities:

  • Participating in the design of contracts and conducting negotiations
  • Projectrelated contract management (Contract Administration)
  • Technical contract and risk analysis, clarification of interfaces
  • Development of strategies and concepts for claim preparation and defense
  • Participation in the preparation and defense of claims
  • Support / advice for project teams on contract matters

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies (engineering or business law)
  • Preferably relevant professional experience in contract and/or project management
  • Excellent knowledge of contract law such as BGB, VOB, HOAI, preferably also knowledge of international standard contract templates such as FIDIC
  • Very good German and English skills as well as proficient use of software tools (MS Office)
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite
