PM and NOC Shift


Be part of our team We are a privately owned 44-bed skilled nursing facility. Full and part-time opportunities are available. Compensation is based on experience & position. We offer a friendly and flexible work environment.

PTO Available after 90 days. PM and NOC shift Differentials are available.

Starting wage is based on experience.

Location:
Verona


Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
  • Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess a patient's condition. *Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. *Direct or supervise nursing staff and other healthcare personnel.
  • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
  • Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
  • Prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments.

Qualifications

  • BLS-CPR Certification (required)
  • RN License (required)
