We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team and handle all finance-related matters with both an operational and strategic mindset.

What you will be doing:

Taking ownership of daily operational finance, accounting, and controlling tasks
Supporting business planning and target setting reporting
Defining and monitoring financial metrics and KPIs
Refining and updating our financial model
Ensuring compliance with all German and EU statutory and regulatory requirements
Collaborating with our CEO, tax office, and other crossfunctional team members

What your skills package should look like:

3+ years of experience in Controlling, Accounting, and Finance in a start-up with an international environment
Strong technical and legal knowledge of German Tax Law and accounting
Experience in managing international finance processes, particularly transfer pricing
Proficiency in financial modeling (able
