Training duration: 3.5 years

The vocational school is the Technical Vocational School in Rostock and is conducted in block form. You will alternate between attending school and working at the company.
Focus areas in the training center and company:
During your training, you will learn all tasks in the field of electrical engineering, including:

  • Energy technology
  • Installation, assembly, and maintenance of energy supply, automation, IT and network technology, as well as control and regulation technology systems
  • Maintenance and repair of distribution networks
  • Maintenance and upkeep of transformer and substation equipment
  • Maintenance and configuration of metering units
  • Connection of renewable energy systems (e.g. solar technology)
The practical training takes place at the Rostock training center and at a regional location within our network area.
