    As an AML Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and security within dynamic financial landscapes, leading a team of AML Analysts.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead AML Compliance Initiatives:
    Develop, execute, and enforce AML compliance initiatives in alignment with regulatory standards and company policies, guiding your team effectively.

    Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
    Continuously monitor and evaluate AML risks, providing guidance to your team on appropriate measures to mitigate these risks effectively.

    Investigation and Assessment:


    Oversee the investigation and assessment of suspicious activities and flagged transactions identified by AML monitoring systems, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in analysis.


    Collaboration and Strengthening Controls:


    Collaborate with internal departments to strengthen AML controls and procedures, fostering a culture of collaboration and compliance within the team.


    Stay Informed:


    Remain abreast of changes in AML laws, regulations, and industry best practices, disseminating relevant information to your team and adapting strategies accordingly.


    Regulatory Reporting:
    Oversee the preparation and submission of necessary regulatory reports, ensuring precision and adherence to regulatory standards.

    Training and Development:
    Provide training and guidance to your team members regarding AML compliance matters, fostering their professional growth and development.


    Requirements:

    Leadership Experience:
    Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, preferably within AML compliance or a related field.

    AML Expertise:
    Thorough understanding of AML laws, regulations, and compliance criteria, with a track record of successful implementation in previous roles.
